Ornaments

Good morning! Whew, I didn't notice how long it has been since I last posted. Not that I'd been lazy again. The truth was I was busy with so many things including my crafts. I did quite well last October and November creating. I tried painting and for a newbie I would say that I did a good job. Well, who else would love my work? Of course me! I am my first fan, ha ha ha :)) But seriously, it was so fun. Scrapbooking, drawing, painting, crafting, and I did my first necklace. Oh yeah, I am trying it all that I really have no time to blog. Though of course I would love you to see what I did. But will post them a bit later. Maybe you are thinking what made me post this time? Well, yesterday morning ( Dec. 12, 2012), I was browsing at Crate Paper blog and I saw their challenge about making ornaments. I was so inspired that I haven't thought of doing my own for our Christmas deco. So right away, I grabbed all my available materials and did what's exactly on my mind upon hearing the word "ornament".

Materials used: Papers - Crate Paper, Stickers - Crate Paper, Ribbons - Prima & American Crafts, Round Styrofoam, Tissue paper tube, Wire, Chipboard (for the wings) and Thread/floss

Thank you for looking!

xoxo,
Vanessa

Very pretty! I don't throw away our toilet paper rolls and other junk! You never know when you'll need it! Patsy
